Lil Decor Finland Ltd (Finnish Business ID: 27570863) sells products to individuals of legal age around the world. All prices include value added tax. We reserve the right by law to change prices and delivery charges.
How to order
Products are ordered through the shopping cart. Orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the transactions, ordered products and postage/packaging charges. Order confirmation requires a valid e-mail address given in the order. The Customer agrees with every order terms of delivery valid. For tax free sales in Finland please check link in info content.
Products and their postage/packaging will be paid when placing the order. E-commerce payment is via the certified secure payment service Svea Payments Oy (Finnish Business ID: 21217030). We accept pre-payment/account transfer and online Finnish banks Nordea, Sampo, Osuuspankki, Danske, S-Bank, Aktia, Handelsbanken, POP, as well as online payments, Luottokunta Credit card payments (visa / mastercard)
Customers outside of Finland can pay by Credit Cards or pre-payment.
Pre-payment by account transfer (only in euros):
Wire Transfer is an easy and reliable alternative to e-commerce payment. Transmission of the payment depending of the bank takes 2-3 business days, so we keep ordered products in store for 5 days following. After this order shall lapse if it is not paid. We deliver your order after the payment has logged into our bank account. You will get the invoice with your order confirmation to your e-mail access. Remember that you have to pay it within 3 days.
Payment by Finnish Bank Buttons
Svea payment service provides the payment to the merchant. You have access to all the banks’ payment buttons. All communication between the client and our systems is encrypted. The customer can always be sure to visit the store safely with us. Verifone will never give out the card numbers to the merchant or a third party. The card numbers are transmitted, only for the processing of the payment transaction events to the relevant bank or the credit card company. Svea is authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and all payment services we offer meet the supervising authorities requirements.
You can pay online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club, and Dankort cards. All customers and communication between our systems is encrypted. Svea will never reveal information about the card numbers to the merchant or a third part. The card numbers are transmitted, only for the processing of the payment transaction events to the chosen bank or the card company.
The cart uses Svea payment service for card payments. With payment by card, trade occurs between the client and Svea. Svea Payments Oy is responsible for the obligations and claims related to card payments. Svea appears on the payer card invoice and transmits by the customer are paid directly to the merchant.
Delivery methods – and expenses
We want to serve our customers as well as possible so we will ship orders every working day. In addition, we keep the product range up to date, so that we avoid selling non-existent goods. If any of the products you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately and refund your payment to the account specified by the customer.
Otherwise orders postal/packaging costs will be added depending on the size of the product. In Finland the letter / small consignment is delivered to your home and price is 1,90 or 3,90 €, and the delivery of the large package to the nearest office of Matkahuolto 4,50€. Postage in Finland costs 6,50€ to the nearest office of Post.
Postage to other countries costs 6,90€-29,90 € (International Pick-up parcel) and 29,90€-39,90 € (International Home delivery) depending countryShipping of furnitue in Finland is 0€ with Matkahuolto Near Parcel and 30€ with home delivery. Shipping of furniture to Baltic Countries is 99 € with home delivery. In case of shipping furniture outside Finland or Baltic please contact email@example.com.
Shipping furnitures outside EU is unfortunately not possible.
Some products are available as order products. Delivery times are:

International pick-up parcelParcels are delivered to the nearest pick-up point chosen by the sender or determined by the recipient’s address. The delivery time is 2-7 days. Parcels are held at the pick-up point for 7 days, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to the sender at their expense.
We can sent pick-up parcels to Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Luxemburg, France and Germany.
International home delivery will be delivered to the recipient’s door; the delivery period is agreed with the recipient by text message in advance (mobile phone number is required). The service includes up to 2 delivery attempts. If the recipient cannot be reached, an arrival notification will be left for them to pick up the consignment at a service point in the destination country. Consignments are not distributed to PO Box or Poste Restante addresses. The delivery time is 4-8 days. The accuracy of the information (adress, phone numbers, etc.) provided.
We can sent home delivery parcels to Sweden, Denmark, Estonia,Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Austria, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Italy, Portugal and Croatia.
Orders will be shipped to the post office every working days (orders placed before 17:00 at mo-fr). We strive to remove temporarily run out of products online, but if you ordered a product which is finished, we will inform you about this immediately. We will send the option to cancel or replace the entire order as soon as we receive the missing product. Orders will be shipped as complete. If a product has a longer-term end and we are not able to get it within a reasonable time, then the order can be delivered in parts.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days right of withdrawal under the consumer protection act worth mentioning. Li'l Decor Finland Ltd is not responsible for the cancellation costs arising from the recovery outside of Finland.
The cancellation must be made in advance by notifying the Li'l Decor Finland Ltd of the notice of withdrawal by a clear manner, such as by e-mail to email@example.com. Cancellation notification must be made no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods or the conclusion of the contract. If the last day of the withdrawal is a Saturday or a holiday, the notice of withdrawal can be made yet on the first day. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the notice of cancellation. The mere restoration of the goods or failure to go to post office to pick it up is not enough reason for cancellation. If necessary, the customer’s responsibility is to show that a notification has been made. The customer has the right to inform the withdrawal even before delivery of the goods.
The customer must keep the received goods substantially unchanged condition or unopened, so that he may retain the right to obtain cancellation and the amount paid back in full.
The customer may open or dismantle the package without losing the right of withdrawal: in order to verify the characteristics of the goods and the functioning of the goods, as well as to explore the same way as in the store. If the customer is to use the product he is responsible for the diminished value of the product which is always 100%.
A defective product return
All returns must always be agreed with the merchant in advance. You can reach us best by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. A defective product will only be replaced if available. Dealer does not compensate for the expenses incurred in the return if the return is not agreed with the trader or returns outside of Finland. Dealer does not redeem the returns sent by cash on delivery.
Goods damaged during transit
Unfortunately, the post office, in spite of the careful packing cannot always guarantee packages arrive intact. Therefore, it is good to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package as soon as the shipment is collected.
If the shipment is damaged during postal delivery, do IMMEDIATELY report the damage to the post office. Please also contact the dealer, so we can agree on a new product delivery.
Out of product
There is always a small chance that the product will run out before logging of sold goods to inventory. In such case, we will contact the customer by e-mail to fit into further action. The customer can choose whether to post-delivery, to cancel the order or change to another product.
Lil Decor Finland Ltd is not responsible for force majeure (strike, lockout, shortage of raw materials, official measures or other vendor independent force majeure) delays or damage resulting from the delayed and indirect damage caused by delivery. The customer is not entitled to claim damages.
